Every week we train three to five new agents on ways to use our agent web portal more efficiently. No matter where they are in the world, we can provide free one-on-one coaching, which in turn allows them to provide an even better service to all our AppManager education clients.
Deepti Dhamija is our Counselling Services Manager in India, and trains New Delhi-based agents in their own office, or trains them online using Adobe Connect if they are based elsewhere. In both cases they work through a test application, and can immediately see ways they can save time and provide a faster, better service to their student clients.
Mary Jancy, from Study Overseas Global in Coimbatore, said after her recent training “it’s so easy and useful.” Sangita, from Pac Asia, agrees; “it’s time saving, paper saving, and releases the decision faster.”
Some agents have even been allowing the applicants to fill in the application themselves, so that they can also keep a PDF copy for their own files. They find this saves the applicant and the agent even more time. Many other agents are realizing other ways to manage their workload more efficiently while they go through the training.
In Sydney, Jana Rezkova also provides one-on-one personal training and online training for agents. She says; “the training allows agents to get a hands on experience of AppManager, and ask any questions directly. We also follow up with agents one month later to get additional feedback.”
Our trainers pass this valuable user feedback back to the development team, which allows us to continue to improve the system. We’ll be able to reveal some exciting new improvements in our next Connect bulletin, so watch this space.
