The School of Management is a collaborative centre for research and
teaching. Multi-disciplinary in nature, the School can draw upon the
additional strengths of the Schools of Economic and Social Studies and
Law. Managing within organisations involves the application of
practical skills and professional and technical knowledge of management
disciplines, as well as communication skills and informed insight.
Reflecting this view, UEA's School of Management adopts an approach to
teaching which is designed to promote academic achievement as well as
developing the potential for future managerial excellence. We are
committed to instilling confidence in our students. Our courses provide
for the intellectual development of the student to enable him or her to
function effectively, within a wide range of business sectors, by
