Want a competitive edge? Think University of Cincinnati (USA)

We live in a competitive world — a world where we need to continuously seek opportunities if we’re to get ahead of the pack.

The University of Cincinnati can give you the edge over other students through its Cooperative Education Program.

Cooperative Education is the practice of alternating your studies with paid work related to your major. It may be a term new to many of us but, with its program ranked among the best in the US*, Cooperative Education is something the University of Cincinnati knows a lot about.

The University of Cincinnati is the global birthplace of cooperative education. In 1906, 27 engineering students at the university piloted the program and now, 100 years and 43 countries later, generations of students worldwide have followed their lead.

The university’s links with industry stretch beyond the cooperative program. Its alliances with major computing vendors such as SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Dell and IBM ensure you always have access to the latest software and hardware on campus. Plus the UC has its own mobile plan that allows you to get free phones and discounted service plans.

Other reasons the university attracts students from 100 different countries include its nationally recognised faculty, its extensive range of academic programs, and students’ ability to study abroad, conduct research and lead clubs and organisations.

All this at a cutting-edge urban campus that’s just minutes away from the entertainment and cultural opportunities that led to Cincinnati being named one of America’s “Best Cities”.
