USA: Keep up with new software technology at Pierce College
If you want to advance your business technology studies in a friendly, beautiful location, Pierce Collage may have the ideal solution.
This fall term, they will be offering online courses in medical billing and terminology, in addition to a new flexible modular program.
The business technology (BTECH) department now offers 21 modular short courses in computer technology. The department has two newly equipped labs at the colleges’ Fort Steilacoom and Puyallup campuses. Students will only need to attend on-campus sessions at the beginning and end of each module – in between they can work on their assignments at their own pace, wherever they have access to the software required.
Pierce College is an accredited two year community college, offering a wide range of courses which can be transferred to university. It is a great place to improve your English, through their intensive language program, or complete the first two years of a bachelor degree. Tuition is affordable and the school offers a welcoming international program.
Shoko Nishimura, a recent Pierce graduate, says; "Pierce College is like a family. Everyone is so warm and nice and I have great memories."
Located in Washington State on the northwest coast of America, Pierce College is one hour’s drive south of Seattle. The moderate climate, along with nearby mountains, forests, rivers, and the Puget Sound ensure that there are lots of outdoor activities: hiking, skiing and kayaking are all popular.
